Central Cozy DT Dartmouth Apt

Centrally located in downtown Dartmouth, minutes drive away (across the toll bridge) to DT Halifax, a few minutes walk to the Halifax Ferry, and surrounded by shops/cafes/eateries. Tiny apartment, but fully stocked and outfitted, and carefully designed with fun bold colours and comfortable furniture and high quality sheets/towels. Small deck to enjoy the sun and overlook the neighbourhood at the top of a hill. Some nice buildings and greenery to look at, has chairs and a table. The space To get to the apartment you have to walk up a short, thin flight (not a full flight) of deck stairs. Once inside there is a very small entry, the main room which has just enough space for the kitchen, dining seating, and living room. The bedroom has a queen bed with side tables. Comfortable and cozy with dark green and hanging lamps and blackout curtains. The bedframe has built in USB chargers and plug-ins in the headboard, as well as fun coloured lighting. We locked off the bedroom closet for our use as a "maid's closet" (storage for turnovers), but we added a standing exterior closet in the main room area with places to hang and fold your clothes. Lovely soft towels and face cloths (6 of each total) provided. High thread count 100% organic cotton sheets. Living room has a comfy couch with nice throw blanket and fun art. A small smart TV to log into whatever streaming services you would like, or watch the free smart TV channels. Easy to move around side tables to position as you like. Kitchen is fully outfitted with an stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge. Has everything you'll need in terms of dishware and cooking supplies. Since it's so small we got a nice kitchen cart that you can easily wheel around and position as you like to add counter/work space. All the appliances you could want like toaster, drop coffee maker and french press, kettle, microwave. Coffee/tea/sugar packets included. Dining is two bar height chairs at the L shaped kitchen counter specifically for dining. Cupboards for extra kitchen stuff and room for you to store your own food. Compact bathroom has a reasonably sized shower (no tub) with glass sliding door, but also a shower curtain for your privacy. Sink & toilet too of course. 2 hand towels and 1 bath mat provided. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash, q-tips, hand soap, hair dryer, air freshener, all provided for your use when at the bnb. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that in Airbnb terms, 5 stars is "as expected," as in, does it match the description here and the photos? Did we, the hosts, respond to you within 30min to answer questions and address any issues you may have as best as possible? 4 stars is "failure," and anything below 4 is basically "burn the place down it is uninhabitable." We know it's not a 5 star luxury hotel, but we feel we communicated everything both positive and negative and priced the place accordingly.
