The Cabin is a three (3) bedroom two (2) bath cabin located in the wonderful Alpine Lake Resort. Sit out on the front porch swing or the back deck upon arrival and enjoy the mountain view. Head inside when you are ready and get snuggled up with a good book by the fire. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor off from the living room with a king bed and bathroom. On the second floor there is a full bathroom connecting two separate bedrooms. Bedroom one has two (2) twin size beds. Bedroom two has bunkbeds with a twin top bunk and a full bottom bunk. The basement offers a tv with ample seating to hang out with the whole family. Includes the laundry room as well. While staying at The Cabin you will have access to the amenities offered at the resort such as the heated indoor pool, fitness center, game room, and restaurant. Want to be outside in nature? Alpine has you covered with hiking and biking trails, a stocked lake for fishing, a beach area, kayaks and canoes, basketball court, 18-hole golf course, mini golf, and more. This home is located minutes away from several state parks, cross country ski trails, and is within close proximity to the Wisp Resort and Canaan Valley area. Enjoy all the activities that this area has to offer including whitewater rafting and downhill skiing. You won't want to miss the waterfalls at Swallow Falls State Park or the beauty of the Cranesville Swamp. The town of Oakland is located within 10 minutes and features several restaurants and a quaint downtown shopping area. Central A/C Minimum 3 night stays on holidays. Please read before booking: 4WD or AWD is HIGHLY recommended during the winter season. Please note - prior to booking there is 23 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000 if excessive cleaning is needed or damage found. No refunds will be given for departure/eviction due to unauthorized pets. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 fee. Hot tub rules (if home is equipped)-please follow all posted rules-if excessive cleaning is needed due to negligent use of hot tub a $350 cleaning fee will be charged to card on file. Supplies - please note the property only comes equipped with linens, wash cloths, towels and dishes. All other supplies including; dish soap, sponge, shampoo, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper are NOT provided. The guest will need to supply their own during the entire stay.
