The space We present to you one of our most refined villas, situated in the area of El Portet in Moraira, this villa enjoys modern architecture providing a tasteful design throughout the interior and through the exterior. The incredible panoramic views over the entire Mediterranean land can be enjoyed from every floor of the villa due to its well-designed big windows offering a sun-filled atmosphere at all moments. Less than 5 Min. drive leads us towards the beach of El Portet which shines with its unrivalled location. Another 2 Min. drive takes us to the beautiful coastal town of Moraira where a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops can be explored together with its main beach “ La Ampolla”. A set of stairs leads us down to the main terrace, presenting us with a private swimming pool, spacious sun patios, an outdoor dining area with BBQ and a conservatory for the cooler evenings from which the stairs lead us up towards the interior. We enter into a spacious and open living area with A/C, combining the living and dining room with the kitchen offering free space throughout in an attention-to-detail design. We follow to 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with A/C and sharing a fully equipped bathroom. Internal steps lead up towards a spacious third double bedroom with A/C and its En-Suite shower room and spectacular views over El Portet.
