Our house is a cute 1950s cape with a working fireplace. It is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with many kind neighbors and walkable areas. We share our home with our sweet dog, Myla! And we look for guests who are respectful, clean, and communicative. The space Outdoor: Private fenced yard with patio, furniture during warmer months, and charcoal grill. Access For guests using/with cars: easy access from major highways (I-95; I-195); free parking (driveway). Come inside and enjoy the comfort provided by the many amenities. Your PRIVATE ROOM is equipped with a full-sized bed, dresser, cozy sitting area, your own portable AC unit which you control, and storage space. All the shared spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen, garden). During your stay, you are welcome to use any of the following amenities in our home: internet connection (wired or wi-fi), TV (with streaming services Amazon, Paramount+, Hulu, Netflix), fully stocked kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, Ninja blender and crockpot, washer & dryer, outside charcoal grill, and many more. Guest access I am here to let guests in or keys are available in a locked box. During your stay I'm usually quickly available for any questions, so please feel free to message me or ask me if I am there at the house. I'm happy to also show guests around Rhode Island, particularly on a weekend or let you know any good spots to check out. I'm also happy to leave you to your privacy. However you prefer to interact is the lead I will follow. Please don't be shy to ask questions. And feel free to ask about the next book I'm writing! This is a family oriented neighborhood. My home is only a 12-minute drive from Rhode Island Hospital, Hasbro Children’s Hospital, Downtown Providence, TF Green Airport, Train Station, and Historic Pawtuxet Village. We are located 5 minutes from Powerline Tattoo and an easy street drive of ten minutes from Roger Williams Park, Zoo, and Botanical Gardens (if you are coming for a wedding). A Public Bus (if needed) is only a 9-minute walk (.4 miles). It’s 15 minutes to Providence and places such as Brown University and Trinity Rep. The home is five minutes from Pontiac Ave grocery stores and restaurants and 6-8 minutes from Whole Foods and Garden City Center shopping and restaurants.
