Quiet and invigorating nights guaranteed. On the top floor, a special corner: an open area with a private balcony and ocean view. No A/C, but with two fans and a perfect atmosphere to relax to the sound of the sea and enjoy the sunset. The living room is a real invitation to rest and have fun, with a Smart TV, DVD, movies and super fast internet. The open kitchen is complete and functional. We have all the utensils you need to prepare anything from a special breakfast to a group dinner. The large and airy dining room accommodates everyone comfortably and also has a fan and an additional bathroom. The outdoor area has a swimming pool equipped with a waterfall and jets, a barbecue and hammocks to relax comfortably outdoors. We also have a campfire, ideal for enjoying luau nights. Guest access All areas are available to guests. Other things to note *We accept 1 (one) small pet (10kg), upon payment of a fee of R$150.00. The guest is responsible for bringing the animal's bed, feeder and water fountain. *We do not provide the following items: -Toalhas - Sheets, blankets and pillows - Hygiene products - Housekeeping products - Consumer goods: coffee, salt, sugar, etc. * The house has a maximum occupancy of 10 people in total (children and adults). *Only guests identified at the time of rental will have access to the house.
