The backyard is the beach. Guest access Guests enjoy private, exclusive access to the entire three-story home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the fully equipped kitchen, the expansive rooftop deck, and the garage. Check-in is seamless with smart-lock self-entry. We prioritize privacy and comfort and are always available via message or phone if you need assistance during your stay. **Booking process - IMPORTANT! - After booking, you will immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information. If you do not sign the agreement, you will not receive your check-in infomation. - Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations. - Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal. - Early check-in must be requested through the Guest Portal. - A $25 per dog, per stay fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal. **Discounts Airbnb charges a 15% Guest Fee. We have opted to pay that fee for our guests and are happy to give you this 'built-in discount'.
