Additional Bathrooms: A full bathroom with a tub/shower is located on the ground floor, with a half-bath on the second floor. Living, Dining & Kitchen: Your group will have plenty of room to relax and connect. The main living room features a cozy sectional sofa and a bar area, while the dining area comfortably seats 10. A sunny breakfast nook provides the perfect spot for your morning coffee or for catching up on emails at the dedicated workspace (printer available). The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, complete with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker, and a full spice rack. Outdoor Living & Recreation: Embrace the beachfront lifestyle with our incredible outdoor spaces. Rooftop Deck: The expansive rooftop is the crown jewel, offering a fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, and lounge seating with stunning ocean views. Relax & Play: Unwind in the private hot tub, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or relax on the sun loungers. For more adventure, feel free to use the provided bikes and kayak. Family-Friendly Amenities: Traveling with little ones is easier here. We provide a Pack ‘n Play, a high chair, and children's dinnerware for your convenience. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire three-story home. This includes all bedrooms, living areas, the fully equipped kitchen, the private hot tub, the expansive rooftop deck, and the garage. Enjoy a seamless and private stay with self-check-in via a smart lock. We prioritize your privacy and comfort. The check-in process is fully automated with a smart lock, allowing you to begin your vacation without any delays. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the messaging app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance. Our goal is to provide a seamless and independent experience for our guests. Other things to note * **Booking Confirmation**: Once you book, you will receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our standard rental agreement. * **Gues Portal** Once your rental agreement is signed you will be emailed your Guest Portal which is where all your important informaiton lives. * **Early Check-in** You may request Early Check-in from your Guest Portal home page. If you don't see that option, it may not be available due to a check-out earlier that day. * **Entry Code**: Your unique entry code will be released to your Guide Portal home page 48 hours before check-in - Please open your Guest Portal asap *. **Pet Fee** A nomial $25 is charged per dog per stay.
