The storage room in the basement is off-limits to guests. The access instructions will be provided during the booking process ONE day before. Other things to note ➺ CAPACITY: Our home comfortably accommodates 10 adults, or 8 adults and 3 children. Please be sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking. ➺ DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN - We strongly recommend all guests purchase a damage protection plan prior to their arrival. This is in lieu of charging a large damage deposit held by Airbnb. ➺ DISCOUNTS - Rates reflect market conditions . No additional discounts will be applied. ➺ OUTAGES - Outages are rare. We cannot be held responsible for short/temporary community service interruptions including water, electricity, and/or internet. We also cannot be held responsible for technical difficulties accessing Wifi.
