The bedroom has 43”TV, modern fan, with internal full bathroom (dryer and hair iron), towels and is provided with liquid soap and ph only for the 1st night Kitchen with full kitchen, with set cocktelero and has appliances such as: microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, kitchen, and blender. Laundry with washing machine, iron, ironing board and cleaning supplies. COMMON AREAS WITH PRIOR RESERVATION AND FREE OF CHARGE (direct coordination at reception): * Pool (2 hours and subject to availability) * Gym (1 hour and subject to availability) COMMON AREAS WITH PRIOR RESERVATION, PAYMENT (for stays longer than 2 weeks and subject to availability and capacity) * Barbecue grill area. *Lounge Bar PARKING NOT INCLUDED: There are paid and free parking lots around the building (Dorado building, 7sopas, etc.) Other things to note 1- By building rules, a photo of the guests' ID will be requested for the respective registration. Upon check-in at the reception, the physical identity docs will be requested to proceed with the delivery of the keys of the dpto. Check-in time: 3:00 pm onwards Check-out time: Until 11 am, if there is a delay in check-out, the corresponding penalty of 50 soles per hour will be charged. Additional costs subject to availability and prior consultation: Early check-in 9am: 79 soles Late check-out 5pm: 79 soles Additional guest per night: 50 soles IMPORTANT: The apartment reservation is for 2 people (double bed) and a maximum of 4 (2 additional guests on a sofa bed with additional cost), therefore, only a sheet and blanket will be provided for the sofa bed if the reservation is for more than 2 guests. Consider that the use of the sofa bed is for the exclusive use of a third guest. * Visits are allowed during the day until 11pm, you can enter with prior check-in at the reception, leaving your ID and will be returned at the time of withdrawal. If the night in the dpto will be charged the fee for additional guest per night. 2. All delivery that is ordered must be picked up at the reception for security. 3. Pool hours prior reservation coordinating at reception: 7am - 10pm (2 hours per shift and subject to availability) 4. We provide extra cleaning if desired, prior coordination for an extra cost. 5. 🚫 Income from other guests not registered by the host. Petty 🚫 admission to the dpto. 🚫Making use of some common area without notice and booking at reception. (*) 🚫 Annoying noise/ disturbances that disrupt the peace of other residents, take care of the volume from 11.00 pm – 7.00 am. (*) 🚫 Parties, events inside the apartment. (*) 🚫 Eating, smoking, drinking in the pool. 🚫 Moving in swimwear or by towel or no polo by elevators or passageways. (*) 🚫 Entering elevators with wet clothes or shoes (dry well before entering) USE THE LOCKER ROOMS located on the same floor 27 (serious fault) (*) 🚫 Throw something through the windows (beads with ashtray for use on the private balcony) hanging clothes, towels, etc (*) (*) IN CASE THE GUEST FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE AND GENERATE A MONETARY FINE FOR THE DEPT WILL BE ASSUMED BY THE GUEST, THE SAME THAT WILL BE CHARGED THROUGH THE AIRBNB PLATFORM IMPORTANT NOTE: In case of manchen guests, somehow dye the linens and/or towels, the guest will be charged for the purchase/replacement of the same. Also, if they break, malogran, they burn in any way any artefact furniture, they will be charged the amount of the replacement of the same. I will be grateful for your support with care 🙏
