You will have access to: The entire 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom house. A large, fully fenced-in backyard for private use. The garage, perfect for secure, locked storage of your skis, bikes, and other outdoor gear. Entry is seamless and secure via a smart lock. You will receive your unique access code prior to check-in. Other things to note Pet Policy We are delighted to welcome you and your dog! In order to make your stay, and the stay of your dog as smooth as possible, please familiarize yourself with these policies. Stowe, VT is generous to avid outdoor enthusiasts of the humankind, and extends that welcome to dogs, as well! It’s easy to get out and enjoy the countless trails and recreation areas in Stowe with your dog—select areas and trails allow off leash fun (if dog is controlled by voice command) for a romp and swim! All dogs must be pre-approved during the booking process. Additional conditions and fees apply. Bringing unapproved pets can result in the termination of your rental without refund, as well as additional fees. No cats are allowed unless specifically requested and approved by the property owner. A $150.00 non-refundable “Pet Fee” will be applied per dog to each reservation. (This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, digging and unreported housetraining accidents.) Dogs may not be left unattended at any time. “Visiting Pets” are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for all damage caused by their pet The town has an Ordinance that all Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your dog in the backyard. We have provided bags for dog waste, please dispose in the trash. Although we welcome your pet, please respect our hospitality. Do not permit your dog to get on the bed coverings or the furniture. It is also helpful to bring something (bed, blanket, etc.) on which you know your pet will be comfortable sleeping. Many pets are used to being allowed on furniture and beds at their own home, but this is not allowed. Please, bring any kennel or special bedding your pet may enjoy with this is mind. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for furniture, blankets, comforters, etc. that have pet hair left behind. This may include professional steam cleaning; usually resulting in charges above $200. We reserve the right to deny acceptance of any “dog guest,” particularly in unfortunate situations where the dog becomes “unwelcome” due to aggressive behavior, noise complaints or disturbances. Do not allow your dog to bark excessively or to roam onto neighboring properties. This property is located in a residential neighborhood where other pets live, and we must respect the comfort and privacy of those residents. Complaints may lead to eviction without refund. * **Wildlife Awareness:** The home is in a semi-rural area. You may encounter local wildlife, including bugs, critters, and occasionally bears. Please do not leave food outside and ensure all trash is secured in the designated bins. * **Property Security:** For your safety, the property is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and exterior security cameras monitoring the property's perimeter.
