It has a large living room, a games room, 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, an outdoor kitchen, a heated pool, a spa, natural grass area, plenty of plants, a mini golf and a basketball area. Guest access Guest can access the whole house except the garage interior. Other things to note Pool heating in winter season (November 15 to March 15) is optional for $100 activation + $45/day (charged for the entire stay). Th rest of the year the pool heating is included. The spa heating is also complementary all year round.
