Nicolas II Suites is located in Perequê, Ilhabela's commercial center, close to markets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, shopping and less than 70 meters from the BEACH! Suite equipped with AIR-CONDITIONING, WI-FI, TV, minibar, coffee maker and electric oven. We are PET FRIENDLY, bring your pet too :) *check fee* The space Our En-Suite is cozy, clean and airy. It has AIR-CONDITIONING, WI-FI, a double bed, TV, wardrobe, dresser, minibar, coffee maker, electric oven and a beautiful balcony with a HAMMOCK. We always leave coffee and a strainer for you to use the coffee maker. WE PROVIDE BEDDING, PILLOWS AND BLANKET. Bed linen is changed every five nights or when requested. Guests are responsible for toiletries and BATH TOWELS. Guest access Private entrance through the side gate, giving access to the 3 en-suites. Other things to note - VACANCIES IN FRONT OF THE RESIDENCE, a very quiet residential neighborhood with night watchman. - I'll deliver the key.
