You must send a picture of ID/Passport via text email to receive your check in instructions. Your deposit fee is refundable and will be refunded the day after check-out provided damages were not incurred at the property. Please be aware any credits or refunds will take at least 7 to 10 business days (holidays and weekends are not included) and might take at least 10 to 14 days depending on your bank/ credit card company. Guests have access to the shared kitchen and living room, including all outdoor patio and a common room complete with a TV.
