You'll have full access to the entirety of our residence, ensuring that every part of your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This includes our three inviting bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the cozy living area, the welcoming dining space, and the tranquil outdoor area. Each of these spaces is yours to enjoy and use throughout your stay, designed with your relaxation and enjoyment in mind. Please note, for the maintenance of our home and to ensure we can continually provide the best experiences for our guests, there are a couple of areas reserved solely for our maintenance team. These include a locked closet located in the hallway and one side of the closet in one of the bedrooms. We kindly ask for your understanding and respect for these private spaces, as they store supplies essential for the upkeep of LightHouse. Beyond these exceptions, every corner of LightHouse is open for your enjoyment. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a family-friendly base for your adventures, we're thrilled to welcome you to our beloved home. Other things to note To ensure you have a spectacular stay at LightHouse, here are a few key points to keep in mind: Safety First: Your safety is important to us. Please familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits as outlined in the Welcome Guide. Remember, the locked closet in the hallway and the restricted section of one bedroom closet are off-limits for safety and privacy reasons. Beach Gear: We’ve provided some beach gear for your enjoyment. Feel free to use the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. We just ask that you clean and return them after each use so they’re ready for your next adventure. Respect the Space: We love our home and hope you do too. Please treat LightHouse with care and leave it as beautiful as you found it. Communication: Should you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, I'm readily available through Airbnb text messaging. I’m here to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. Please be aware that while we strive to provide a seamless experience, we do not have control over any unexpected water or electrical utility shortages that may occur. To ensure your comfort during such events, our AirBnB is equipped with a 600-gallon water cistern system to maintain a steady water supply, along with a commercial-grade solar water heater for continuous hot showers. For power outages, we've installed 23 solar panels and 2 Tesla Batteries, ensuring reliable backup power and minimizing any disruptions during your stay. We are committed to making your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Please note: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Exterior pest-control devices are installed around the property.
