Perfect setting for kayaking, boating, fishing & crabbing. Minutes from a winery, distillery, golf, water park, and OBX. The space Our home features (2) bedrooms with views of the water (one room offers a vast view), a full sized kitchen, dining room, living room (with a pull out queen sofa bed), dedicated office/reading room, and (2) full baths. (1) of the full baths is on the first floor, entered in from the outdoors. This makes the bathroom/laundry room the perfect location when enjoying the outdoor space. There is also an outdoor shower. Guest access Guests can use any spaces that the home offers aside from the storage sheds and the boat, which is stored in the boat house behind the house. The boat ramp located in our neighbor's yard (when facing the home from the street, it is on the left hand side) is not for use. Other things to note As owners we love to accept all guests to our home! We want our guests to make our home, their own, and continue to come back to visit year after year. However, at this time due to the Owner being severely asthmatic, due to allergy triggers, we are unable to host any animals at the home, for any reason. We regret to inform renter of this policy, but at this time it is what is in the best interest of the Owner and her health.
