Often compared to Frank Lloyd Wright's designs. The front door frames the ocean. Custom windows can be pulled open and closed to create a truly outdoor living space. Top of the line tiles and decking keep your feet cool. A custom built stair path leads you down to the beach and back. There are even jacuzzi jets on the pool for a little massage! Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own air conditioning unit. Living room & upstairs master have smart TV's with streaming access. This 5 bedroom luxury home sits on a gated property and is beautifully designed with walls of windows facing the ocean, offering views from every room. Everywhere you turn in this home, you feel like the landscape envelops you. The home's design combines beautiful wooden ledges and accents, large floor to ceiling windows, soaring ceilings, and unique architecture with stunning nature and ocean views, creating an experience that integrates you with the environment. Enter the main house from the large parking area and be wowed by the home's beautiful design. To the right are two bedrooms, both with King beds, private balconies, soaring ceilings, remote blinds, and ocean views. The first bedroom has a dedicated desk area, and both feature TVs, large closets, and comfy bathrobes. Outside these rooms is a large bathroom with double vanity, a massive jacuzzi tub with stunning nature views, and a large shower stall. As you enter the main living space, another full bathroom sits on the right. Steps lead to an third bedroom with king bed, large window view to the Pacific Ocean and its own AC unit. This room has a large pocket door that separates the space from the living area. The sunken living room overlooks the pool and has ample, comfortable seating plus a massive TV set off to the side so you can enjoy the game or movie night without impacting the breathtaking views. Vista Royal Villa's living space is indoor/outdoor living at its finest. The entire space features floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to create a seamless transition between the living, dining, and kitchen and the massive outdoor entertaining space. To the left, the eat-in kitchen has a dining table for six, plus additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has a large two-door fridge, ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and many small appliances. The kitchen windows slide wide open, providing access to the outdoor breakfast bar with seating for five and making a great passthrough to the outdoor grilling area. Outside, there are several different seating areas plus a dining table that seats 8. The large pool spans the length of the living space and has a large jetted tub, all with beautiful ocean views. Past the living space is the sprawling upstairs Master Suite. The floor-to-ceiling windows continue through to this room, offering views of the pool and outdoor entertaining area, plus the ocean and the lush surrounding landscape from the comfortable king bed. There is a sunken living area with a large TV and futon that provides extra sleeping space. Step out onto your private patio with comfortable seating plus an over-pool deck area with two lounge chairs. Catch some rays or set the chair to the side and utilize this space as an ocean view yoga platform. Back inside, the ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, a large shower stall, and a soaking tub accented by an indoor rock garden that immerses you in the surrounding landscape. The lower level of the home has a second master bedroom with a private patio, large TV, a walk-in closet, and an in-suite bathroom. This space can be accessed via the interior spiral staircase or from the parking area. The laundry room also sits on the lower level and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience. Vista Royal Villa is truly a tranquil paradise that connects you with nature at every turn. The location is perfect in that you feel like you're in your own world, but you're perched low enough on the Ocotal hillside to access the house by golf cart or car and have quick access by foot to beautiful Playa Ocotal. Playa Ocotal is a quiet village with a beautiful beach set in a cove, offering gentle surf and great walkability (0.5 km/ 0.3 miles from point to point). There is plenty of shade along the beachfront and the ends of the beach have rocky reefs that offer good shore snorkeling options. Please note we do highly recommend wearing water shoes around the rocky areas of the beach. The barnacles and shells stuck to the rocks can be very sharp. These rocky habitats are also known to house sea urchins and other marine life. Always be careful and safe. There is also a small mini market and two great restaurants nearby - Father Rooster located on Playa Ocotol and Sol Luna/AOi Sushi at Bahia Pez Vela Resort. Other things to note The house is not handicap accessible. There is a staircase with 23 steps when entering the front door. Kids are welcome with supervision as there is a sunken space to the living room as well as some multilevel uneven features. (indoor rock gardens) Please note the railings are horizontal with 8 inch gaps on pool deck.
