The space The apartment has three bedrooms, the first with a Queen Size bed and an en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with two single beds together that make up a large 180cm bed and the remaining one with two single beds. All bedrooms have a hot and cold pump. From the living room, with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and a powerful AC, you access the spectacular terrace with beautiful views and the best sunsets that will invite you to enjoy the warm climate of Barcelona. Towards the other side of the living room there is a modern integrated and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a second full bathroom for the total comfort of guests. Guest access The apartment is fully equipped, with optimized resources for greater sustainability and with technology applied to well-being, intelligent temperature controllers for optimal air conditioning throughout the stay, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, towels, bedding, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, 4 hot-cold pumps, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and a wide variety of cooking utensils. *Autonomous check-in with electronic lock, access with mobile phone. *If you come as a family and with children, let me know in advance so I can leave the apartment ready with the necessary equipment so you don't have to worry about anything.
