Perfect for a digital nomad or short-term tourism. The space This 2nd floor studio apartment is light, bright and airy. It's comfortable yet functional. The queen-size bed has a firm & comfortable mattress for a good night's sleep. In addition to the AC, you also have the option of a ceiling fan. There is a fridge with freezer, microwave, electric hot plate, toaster, kettle and washing machine. If you don't feel like cooking and doing laundry during your vacation, there are many restaurants and a laundry service within an easy walk or short drive. Free parking is available in front of the building. You will have free access to the community swimming pool and paid access to water aerobics, Pilates and a fitness center. In addition to a beautiful sunset view, The Chill restaurant also has live bands or DJs. There is 24-hour security. The community is very peaceful yet close to many attractions & amenities. Please be aware that there is no elevator and construction has started next door which usually winds down at about 4 or 5pm. I have lowered my prices to offset the inconvenience. Guest access You have access to the entire studio apartment with a private entrance in the apartment building B10-03 2nd floor studio V3. Please be aware there is no elevator in the building. Other things to note Fumba Town is a gated community with green spaces, walking tracks, a swimming pool, a fitness center, bicycle rental, a coffee shop and several restaurants, including one by the waterfront for a superb view of the sunset. There is a supermarket, butcher, liquor store, ATM, library and medical clinic within a very easy walk. Everything you need is steps away. There are scenic garden, harbor and pool views within the community gates. Getting around There is a bike rental and free parking in front of the building. Transportation is easy to arrange and we can help you if need be.
