Cozy Oceano Beach Retreat

Enjoy this recently renovated space located just a couple minutes drive to the beach. Home features a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, high speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV, fully-enclosed side yard with BBQ and outdoor dining, ample parking for cars and a trailer, beach towels, beach toys and board games. There is a great coffee shop, grocery store, multiple restaurants and a new park that is close to completion, all walking distance away. No cats please. The space All rooms feature queen size beds. One room has a private bathroom with a tub shower and the other two rooms share a bathroom with a shower stall. Guest access Please enjoy the house, the front yard, and the side yard. The space behind the house is the area where we work on our renovation projects. Other things to note No smoking inside the unit We are in the Vintage Trailer restoration business, and you will see some of our projects that are currently under renovation in the lot behind the house. Also multiple days a week the church across the street gives away food. You will find an influx of traffic during that time.
