Each villa (155m2) is suitable for six guests plus a baby, is located in a quiet part of the resort, and is only a few minutes' walk from the swimming pool and the beach. Other things to note Security Deposit We kindly ask for a cash security deposit of US$350, payable to our manager upon your arrival. If no damages occur, the total amount will be refunded at departure minus the costs for electricity and water. Electricity and Water We value responsible energy and water use, which is why these costs are charged separately. While the villa's air conditioners, refrigerators, and other equipment generally consume little energy, your actual costs will depend on your usage. The average cost for air conditioning used only at night in the bedrooms is about US$13 per day/per villa. Running the air conditioning in the living/dining room will incur an additional charge of approximately US$2-3 per hour/per villa. The final amount will be settled with the deposit at the end of your stay, based on meter readings and actual utility rates. Curaçao is a tropical island. On every tropical island, you'll find tropical creatures such as mosquitoes, spiders, cockroaches, mice, lizards, rats, etc. We do not offer refunds if you encounter them.
