The building is located right on the beach, is well secured, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, shops, nightclubs, hotels, etc. This condo is perfectly located on the quieter side of St. Lawrence Gap. Sandals Resort is a stone throw away, and the beach is quite literally at your doorstep. It is quiet, yet you are within walking distance to bars, restaurants, nightclubs and more. It is 1,050 square feet of living space including 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice large terrace with loungers, a king sized bed in the bedroom, a pull out sofa for an extra person, wifi throughout, AC throughout, a ceiling fan on the terrace as well and television with cable. The dining table is also person for WFH persons as a desk. Of course you could also make the beach your office. The common areas (pool, beach, beach chairs, parking,...) and everything within the unit. I am on call for guests 24/7. Despite the building itself being nestled on the beach in relative tranquility; shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and water sports are all within a 20 min walk. There is Brazilian cuisine, Mexican, Indian/Thai, Chinese, bistros, local cuisine, seafood, Jamaican and so much more. In St. Lawrence Gap everything is within walking distance. If you want to explore the island, I would be able to help with a rental car or driver as well. The building is situated directly on the beach. There are nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is a surf school right next door as well, where you can learn to surf or rent boards. Our beach is very quiet, but the neighbouring beach is Dover Beach, where you can get some jet skis, hobie cats, enjoy grilled fish, enjoy other beach bars, and more.
