Please be careful not to block local garages and portals. * The entire house (exterior and interior) is arranged on several levels accessible by stairs, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Guest access You can enjoy the entire place, as well as the entire outside located at the back of the house (2 terraces, barbecue, hammock, etc.). The house is not on the edge of the street, go up the stairs to reach it. You'll see a “Upstairs” sign. There is no parking allowed in front of the listing, nor is there a space reserved for the listing. There are free and unlimited spots all along the street houses. There is also a small parking lot further down the street. Other things to note LOCATION: Lautenbach (Alsace - France) ACCESSIBILITY: The house is located on the mountainside and is only accessible by stairs. The house is then itself on 3 levels with stairs. So it's not suitable for people with disabilities. ROADS: Between November 1 and March 31, winter tires (or, failing that, another anti-skid device) are mandatory in most municipalities in our department, including Lautenbach.
