NEWLY REFURBISHED FLAT!! Spacious Double Bedroom in the Heart of East London. You'll enjoy easy access to everything. Very close to central location. Only 7 to 10 minutes walk from Bethnal green underground station (Red colour Central Line). 1 min from Bus stop. No: 8 bus (24/7 service) goes near Oxford Street, Tottenham Court Road, Covent Garden via Liverpool Street, Holborn, Bank etc. Brick Lane, Shoreditch, Sunday Flower Market, Victoria park, Regents Canal all are walking distance! :) The space It is a newly refurbished flat. You will have a large bedroom of your own. The kitchen, the bathroom and the toilet are shared with other guests. The building has lifts that you can use also it has security doors downstairs. Guest access Apart of the room, guests are able to use the shared bathroom, toilet and the kitchen to make light snacks, tea and coffee etc. The kitchen has necessary utensils. (Please make sure the shared spaces are clean and if you use the kitchen; all pans, dishes and cutleries are washed after every usage). Local shops are just less than a minute away. A traditional English Fish and Chip shop, Local Groceries and the local pub is within a minute from the flat. During your stay Usually I try to help check you in. Also I’ll be available to offer help throughout your stay and you can keep in touch with me by sending me a message or when you see me! You will see me in the flat now and then when I am in the flat. Other things to note Please read this if you started using Airbnb recently: It's my home, I rent out the spare room. It's not a hotel and no hotel services available. During your stay please respect the house rules and other guests privacy. We are in Zone 2, close to central London, the property is in a busy area and in a block of flats, where family and children live. What I mean is - we are in the city, not in a quiet village :) This room is for one solo adult person only. No children, infants, friends, cousins, partners, guests, pets, animals, birds, reptiles etc allowed without prior agreement (sorry I had to mention this from my past experience).
