Nuria (co-host) will take meter reading before and after your visit. You can enjoy the ocean cool breeze in your rooms through out the day with screen windows to enjoy natural cool breeze and reduce carbon foot print by avoiding to use Air Condition and save money on power usage. Host will provide 5 gallon water bottle upon arrival for your ease in moving into the PENTHOUSE. Data Plan for your phone can be purchased close to the home as most people use WhatsApp for communication. The data plan machine is behind the Juice stand close to Playa Turquesa and owner of convenience store can dispense you a SIM to use and you can reload it for every 5 days for only 200 pesos. Very reasonable. Please be advised there is construction going on nearby during the day time. It may be a bit noisy.
