Welcome to Edgewood! Our centrally located duplex is perfect for those who want to be close to the city like Tacoma and Seattle and still far enough away to hear the birds sing. Our duplex is a 2 bd 1 bath with full kitchen and laundry area. Dining area is off the kitchen and the living room is perfectly quaint. Stay in Edgewood and you'll enjoy the best brewery, Acorn, as well as the best breakfast cafe, Spoonful of Sugar. We also have other eats, fitness centers, grocery stores etc.Get booked! The space Our property is 2 bedrooms 1 full bath. Opening the front door you are led into the living room. Enjoy the sofa or rocker or crawl up in the chair with a good book. Our unit has Wifi so enjoy the TV and the apps included (No cable)(Log in with your info, then log out when leaving.) Open dining area that is connected to the full size kitchen fully equipped with all the cooking items you might need. And of course a Coffee Maker. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has a full size bed. In the closet in the living room there is a full size air mattress also. The Laundry room is just off the dining area with a full size washer and dryer. Guest access Entire unit. No access to garage area. Other things to note Our property manager lives onsite with her family. So you'll see them out and about. Husband and wife with 2 kiddos. They enjoy getting to know new guests so they are open for conversing. Aileen will be the point of contact in case of any issues or immediate needs.
