The Pendthouse

Come relax and unwind in this private, peaceful getaway. Nestled in the beautiful woodlands of Snohomish, the suite is completely separate from the main residence with private entry and designated parking. Modern updates, along with beautiful views and quiet surroundings allow you to feel right at home as soon as you enter. We are located minutes from downtown Snohomish, (home of Lamb and Co. from HGTV) and countless delightful boutique shops and restaurants along with several wedding venues. The space Walk into a full kitchen and dinette area with a movable, expandable island and bar seating. A multi purpose nook in the front room doubles as an additional sleeping space equipped with a sleeper sofa. In the back of the suite is a very large bathroom with a full tub and shower. The spacious bedroom comes with air conditioning, heat, and a room-darkening black out shade. There is an in unit washer and dryer in a separate laundry room to help minimize noise. Large windows at each end of the suite let in a large amount of natural light and allow you to observe the beautiful surroundings that we call home! When you arrive at the property, you will park on the marked parking pad to the right of the garage. The entrance to the unit is on the opposite side of the garage and up the stairs. Guest access You will have full access to the suite as it is completely separate from the owners residence. Designated parking is provided, and additional parking if needed. We are also a short drive from the Everett fan zone located on the waterfront.
