TINY, stylish, cozy home. It’s a great little place if you don’t need anything fancy! *Under renovation but accepting bookings! You will have a functioning (not perfect) kitchen, bathroom, ONE lovely bedroom, one tiny bedroom that is more like a rough draft lol, and large yard. I’m renovating this very small trailer myself. If you need perfect- this isn’t the place for you haha. The space This is a TINY single wide trailer with a wrap around yard, pergola, large fenced-in yard and plenty of parking. *This is a normal neighborhood with normal neighborhood noises, including: children playing, businesses nearby, cars, music playing, and a train going by down the street. Ear plugs would be very helpful to sleep with (which works very well for me!) NOISE CONCERNS TO NOTE: -There is a grain Plant that intermittently makes noise across the street. -An apartment complex across the street. The children sometimes play loudly outside. -An Amtrak train shakes the house a few times a day.
