The kitchen is well-equipped, you have a wide variety of cooking utensils, even accessories to use the grill located in the common areas. Air conditioning in all rooms, TVs, Blu-ray, a washer/dryer (a little slow, but works well). There's a water heater, although it doesn't make you want to use it after a day at the beach. You can go down and use the pool and hot tub whenever you like. Two parking spaces. The boat is also rented and is phenomenal, it even fits up to 10 people plus the sailor.
