Only 20 minutes from Port Lavaca, the area is well known for fishing, hunting, & bird watching. 1,800 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths up, bunk room & bath down. Lots of fun in/outdoor living & playing areas! The space Although this is a dream home for family getaways, it is also very well-suited for out of town business visitors and teams of technicians. Four separate bedrooms with privacy and quiet surroundings makes it ideal for Formosa, Inteplast, Dow engineers and technicians, as well as oil/gas workers, and environmental research groups. Upstairs you'll be welcomed by an open floor plan kitchen, dining area and living room with a large TV. Internet access throughout property. The kitchen is fully furnished, allowing for large family cooking and dining options. The deck beyond the great room offers incredible views, having several seating options, a four person dinning set, and a Blackstone griddle. There is a large master suite with attached bath that includes a deep jetted tub and separate shower. Two large guests bedrooms are located away from the master, with a full guest bathroom in between. One guest bedroom has a large TV. All beds upstairs have king size mattresses. Below the house is a large bunk room with 4 bunk bed mattresses and 1 California twin-sized bed. Attached is a bathroom with a nice shower and new bathroom fixtures. The bathroom is convenient as it opens to the outside, making quick clean up after a day at the beach. The bunk room also has a small kitchenette area with a dorm sized refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Also on the lower level is the large "Commanders Club" complete with a grill, full size refrigerator, dart board and other games, large outdoor table, lots of chairs to enjoy outside entertainment. The big yard is partially enclosed with a lighted fishing area next to the canal. It includes a fish cleaning station. There is also a large picnic table under a mesquite tree. Guest access You'll rent the entire home, including a large yard, and direct canal access with a fishing area. 2 large kayaks are available for use.
