SUNRISE ON MAG - Beach House is a waterfront home with spectacular views of Sunrises, Sunsets, wildlife, and ships passing through. It also has a front seat view of parades and firework displays during Holidays. Great destination to have fun fishing at our lighted fishing pier, preparing meals on our well equipped kitchen, enjoying movie nights streaming with our fiber internet, and having a great night sleep on our comfy beds. The space Updated bay front home, beautifully furnished to provide a comfortable home feel experience to our guest. House is only 100 ft to the bay shore, 1 mile to Free boat ramp, 1/4 mile to public beach, steps to public pier, 4 miles to the Indianola Fishing Marina and guests will have access to the Owner's lighted pier. Guest access On Check-in Day, once the space is ready for your group, we will contact you with access codes to open Entrance Gate and Exterior doors. Other things to note -Bring food and condiments to prepare meals as most restaurants are 15 to 30 minutes away. -Bring water shoes to walk on the beach, our beach is a shelly beach. -Bring mosquito repellent and sunblock. -There is plenty of parking space to bring your boat, Golf carts, kayaks, bikes or other toys. Currently there are no nearby places to rent big toys like this, so if you've got them, bring them. Four Wheelers are NOT allowed on the beach. -You will be walking distance to the public pier and the owner's personal lighted pier. The lighted pier has built-in seating, work table, water hose and 9 stainless steel rod holder. The pier is shared with guests staying at 6 vacation spaces on this location. Please be mindful of the space and be a good sport sharing the area with other guests. Unkind behavior is not acceptable and Owner's will ask the guests to leave the pier. No refund will be given to a guest that is asked to leave the fishing pier.
