It is located on the 2nd floor of an old building with lots of charm. Guest access Access to the entire apartment The terrace is private and exclusively for the use of the occupants of the apartment. Apartment not accessible for people with disabilities. Other things to note Your apartment is located on Avenue du 3 Septembre on La Liberté (Cap d'ail) and 5 minutes from Louis 2 Stadium and the Fontvielle district (Monaco) The beach is a 5-minute walk away. You will access it by an elevator, walk along the Cap d'Ail Tennis Club and arrive at Marquet Beach. It is also from this starting point that the magnificent coastal path of Cap D'ail begins, which will lead you to the beach of "LA MALA". The Liberté district is on the border of the Principality of Monaco. When you leave the apartment, you will reach the dynamic Fontvielle district in 5 minutes, or visit the Rock of Monaco in 10 minutes on foot or you will find yourself at the port. It's possible to take the bus (line 100) to take you to the strategic points of the Principality of Monaco (foot of the palace – the port – the Tourist Office – the casino), or to get to Nice. Finally your Liberté neighborhood: bakery - supermarket - pharmacy - hairdressers - dry cleaning - restaurants - police station and all this within 50 meters. There are many things to visit in my area, starting with the Principality of Monaco: - the mythical Casino square with the Café de Paris and the Hôtel de Paris, The place known as: the Rock, the old Monaco called: Monaco-Ville i.e. the whole part that was built on the Rock and where the magnificent Prince's Palace is located, the sumptuous cathedral, where visitors can go to meditate in front of the tomb of Prince Rainier and Princess Grace, not forgetting to visit the Oceanographic Museum, one of the most beautiful in the world. It is also very pleasant to discover and cross the small pedestrian shopping streets, and its small typical Monegasque restaurants and the many souvenir shops; - Near the Prince's Palace, visitors can see the new Monaco: Fontvieille and its port, with only new buildings, since this whole part has been rebuilt and built entirely on the sea. - Going down from the rock, there is the port with its new seawall, then there is the Grimaldi Forum (the equivalent of the Palais des Festivals in Cannes) and right next to it the beautiful Japanese garden, admission to which is free. - Not to mention the beautiful public and private beaches. Visitors will find plenty of private parking in Monaco, the first hour of which is free in almost all of them. After that, pricing is roughly the same as in other major cities in France. To visit not far from there, Roquebrune – Village, perched on the mountain. One of the oldest and most beautiful villages in France, with all its small pedestrian streets and typical old houses all in stone, not to mention its olive tree: a thousand-year-old tree and therefore unique. From different points of view, visitors will be able to see Italy, 15 km away and of course they will be able to see Cap Martin, with its prestigious master villas, huge properties. Visitors can also take a beautiful walk along the sea from Monaco to Menton. After their stay, visitors will leave with great memories and also with the desire to return to also enjoy the exceptional Mediterranean climate. Upon departure, the tenant undertakes to leave the apartment in the condition in which they found it (clean apartment, dishes put away, furniture in place, sofa bed folded, garbage emptied). Airbnb "cleaning fees" include disinfection of the apartment (COVID measures), washing and ironing of linens and towels (€50). If the apartment is not clean when the tenant leaves, they will be systematically charged 2 hours of cleaning, i.e. an additional €30. Registration Details 06032001406SB
