This semi detached villa designed by Triorum Algarve is located within the resort of Dunas Douradas. It features a heated pool with a kids section and a modern sun sail in its private patio that boasts all day sun exposure and nature views. The space This Villa is located at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Dunas Douradas, between the luxury resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, in central Algarve. The Villa backs straight onto the Pine Trees and therefore affords beautiful views and more privacy - a privilege enjoyed by only a few houses in the resort, which will make your stay a truly relaxing experience. A 10 minute walk takes you to nearby Garrao beach, its beach-front restaurants and the ocean. The pinewood surroundings can be enjoyed from the South facing living room, from the terrace and deck encircling the private pool and BBQ area, or from the first floor balcony window. The Dunas Douradas clubhouse with its bar, restaurant, large communal pool and tennis courts is a one minute walk away. Europe's finest golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are just a few minutes drive away, as are a host of additional activities such as horse riding, watersports, go karting, cinema, shopping, bars, restaurants and water parks to name a few. THE VILLA This villa is ideal for a family with children or a couple wanting to get away from it all without being isolated. The south-facing outside terrace offers the ideal space for relaxing in the sun or dining al fresco, with a large heatable pool that includes a kids section and a optional safety fence for your children’s safety. A large sun shade, sun loungers, a dining table, and a BBQ round off the outdoor experience of the villa. In the inside the villa offers an open-plan living and dining area combining a fully equipped kitchen and lounge featuring a wood-burning fireplace, cable TV, DVD, Bluetooth soundbar and wireless internet. Sliding doors provide access to the private terrace, deck and pool. The ground floor bedroom features twin beds, wardrobes and sliding doors to the terrace. It also has its own adjacent bathroom. The first floor master double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom features a double bed, wardrobes and beautiful views over the private pool and the pine trees beyond. The bedrooms do not have a shared wall, which makes this villa a great option for two families sharing and/or holidays with children. BABY PACKAGE We offer a free baby package consisting of the following items, on request: - Highchair - Travel cot - Stair gate - Baby bath For babies under two we can additionally supply a blender to prepare babyfoods, as well as a microwave steriliser. An inbuilt safe for your valuables is installed. * The use of the AC units is available to guests who require these extra facilities, but carries an extra cost of 150 Euros per week during the summer months of June, July, August and September. TOURIST TAX (starting 01/11/2024) In line with practices adopted by other municipalities across the Algarve and various cities internationally, Loulé Council has introduced a tourism tax for the municipality, please see details in the extended house rules. SECURITY CAMERAS For our property's and guests' security, all our villas are equipped with two security cameras monitoring property boundaries: the front door, and the back patio gates and walls.
