In addition, the complex features helpful and kind housekeeping staff who are available around-the-clock to make sure you have a relaxing and stress-free stay. It should come as no surprise that our guests would be enthralled by the interiors and the breathtaking view that Apartment Lavish has to offer, since it has the interiors down to a fine art. Neutral tones of blue will make you feel comfortable & give a sense of luxury at the same time. This place is ideal for couples, friends and even solo travellers! It has everything that would account for a luxurious and comfortable stay. PLEASE NOTE: OUR SPACE IS USUALLY FULL, SO WE HAVE STRICT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMINGS. ★ Location: The apartment is in a blessed location just a short distance from the beach, famous church, grocery stores. The property is located far from the bustle but close to all the party spots, eateries, and bars. ★ Living Area : - Exquisitely furnished & extremely comfortable seating options - Large flatscreen TV. - The living room opens to a balcony with a stunning view ★ Balcony Area: The entire Apartment has a surrounding balcony, the rooms as well as the living area open to the huge balcony which overlooks the lush green grass and complex. There is also clothes drying rack in the balcony. ★ Kitchen: The kitchen has a microwave, tea kettle, refrigerator and washing machine. In case you would like to cook, we have also stocked the kitchen with silicon tools, pots and pans beside the usual amenities. ★ Bedroom & Bathroom: Enjoy our luxurious, lavish master bedroom with a queen-size bed and your own ensuite bathroom”. The bedroom has an air conditioner. ★ Wifi Connectivity : We have installed a strong wifi connection which is easily accessible from any part of the apartment. ★ Mobile Network: Unlike many locations, the apartment is receptive to all major connections (Jio, Vi, Airtel, BSNL) ★ Power back up: We have an Single battery Inverters - and a power back up (3 hrs) is available at stretch on which only wifi, fans and lights work incase of a power cut off. ★ Safety & Security: There is 24x7 Security available at the complex. The entire outdoors and common spaces of the complex are covered by surveillance cameras. We have installed Video door phones for that extra security instead of normal door bells. (Safety is top priority) ★ Private Parking: Your own Secured & Covered Private parking is available at the complex. Guest access » The guest have access to : Shared Gym ( 9am - 9pm) Shared Swimming Pool ( 9am - 9pm) Private covered Car Park Other things to note » Security Deposit: Before every check in, we collect a security deposit of Rs. 5000/- at the apartment. The security deposit is refundable in nature if no damages are caused to the property. Our apartments are run with a lot of love, care and vigilance. We request all our guest to take care and enjoy this apartment as their own. This would be truly be their, home away from home. » No Cloak Service: Kindly be advised that we do not offer a cloak service within our residential complex. Please take note that no luggage will be stored or accepted before the official check-in time oe after the official check-out time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. » Housekeeping: Housekeeping is provided once everyday and if you do require some help, our staff can be contacted and if they do have time left on their hand they are more than happy to help. Timing : 9.30 am - 4.30pm » Swim Wear: Wear Appropriate Swimwear / Swimming Costume only to be worn in the Swimming Pool. No t-shirts and shorts, no cottonwear, no dri-fit gym wear and no lycra tights and tees. » Outside Guest and Visitors are not allowed at the property. » Linen Change Policy: We implement a linen change every 3 nights to support environmental conservation. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are appreciated for a more sustainable future. » Late Check-Ins: Staff leaves at 6 pm. After this time, guests must self-check-in. » Late Checkouts: Kindly check out by 10 am for thorough cleaning. Delays will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. Your cooperation is valued in maintaining accommodation quality » Illegal Activities Illegal activities (Drugs/ Escort Services or engaging in activity against the law) are strictly prohibited. If any guest is involved in the above mention activities, the host reserves a right to call the local police and register a complain with them. This would also mean immediate suspension of the stay without any kind of refund.
