Montgomery Oasis w/Salt Water Pool

Centrally located in the heart of town, The Oasis is 10-15 minutes from many of Montgomery attractions like East Chase, Downtown Area and more. The home comfortably sleeps 10 (3 King beds, 1 Sectional Couch and 2 Twin Air Mattress) The open floor plan is great and makes traveling with friends and family FUN with large open counter space, games, coffee/wine area. Relax in the backyard in a lounge chair by the pool during your stay or gather with friends under the patio for a BBQ Dinner. The space Our home is a 3 bed/2 bath in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a very open floor plan in the living area with a large counter space dividing the kitchen from the living space. There is no formal dining area although there are four bar chairs for dining at the counter plus extra standing room and a small side table for extra seating/coffee. The living area is filled with an oversized sectional sofa that can seat your entire family for movie or game night and comfortably sleep 2 people. The 85 inch television will enhance your movie night and can easily be seen from the kitchen while you prepare meals from our fully stocked cabinets. We have everything from pots and pans to baking sheets and mixing bowls. We also carry an air fryer, toaster, drip coffee, microwave and some paper products like plates and cups, tin foil and plastic bags. The master bed if outfitted with 2 chest of drawers for storage, a large, king bed and very comfy mattress and pillow set as well as a small smart TV and extra wall fan to control your sleeping environment/temperature. The Master bath boasts a walk in tile shower and we provide a few toiletries for your stay just in case you forget something at home. We normally stock shampoo, body wash, q-tips, make up remover, cotton swabs/pads. hair ties, floss and a hair dryer. The two spare bedrooms each have a king sized bed and mattress for extra space and comfort and well as separate fans so you can control your sleeping environment and small smart TVs in each room as well as a chest of drawers. The two spare bedrooms share a bathroom across the hall with the previously mentioned toiletries and a shower/tub combo. The biggest draw is probably the back yard space with a 20x30 FT pool for lounging. The salt water pool is only 2.5 FT deep at both ends and 4.5 feet deep in the middle which makes it great to escape the heat and float with the family. The large covered patio is a great place to have your morning coffee or sit and watch the game on the 65 inch TV. It also has a large wall fan to cool you down on a hot day, gas BBQ Grill and a variety of games like corn hole, connect 4, putt putt and more. Finally there is a gas fire pit off the end of the pool plus seating for 6-8. One tank of propane gas will be provided for your stay at minimum. There are plenty of floats and toys for your pool enjoyment, but please feel free to bring your own :) Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the home except for the storage shed located at the rear of the property and the hall closet. Guests normally enter through the side door where the electronic lock can be found. You may come and go through the front/back doors as well. These can be manually locked/unlocked from the inside. Other things to note We have a strict NO PARTY/NO EVENT rule. Although we encourage our guests to enjoy the amenities of our home - and you may possibly have a guest join you during your stay - we prefer to have no more than 10 people on the property at a time. This includes birthday parties, dinner events, family reunions and the like. Please be respectful of our home as we go through great lengths to keep it 100% clean and operational for you. PLEASE monitor your small children when using the pool for their safety. Please refrain from climbing out of the sides of the pool to prevent liner tears. There is no jumping or diving into the pool as it is too shallow and can cause injury. Please no party favors like balloons, water balloons, confetti in the back yard or pool area. Please refrain from eating in the pool as well. Any of these items can caught in the filter system and cause disruptions. There is no smoking of any kind in the home OR the exterior of the home. We are a smoke free property. We do allow pets, but do charge a $100 pet fee (per pet) for extra cleaning and maintenance services to keep our home squeaky clean. We do provide items in the storage closet outside for you to clean up after your 4 legged friends!
