Private Room Near Trails and Downtown Lafayette

Our guest room is modern, neat, and comfortable. Our house is across the street from open space and lovely trails. Old Town Lafayette is only a 5 minute walk (delicious coffee, farmers market, etc.). Down Town Lafayette is a 15 minute walk and has many wonderful restaurants and boutiques. It is about a 15 minute drive from Boulder, and a 30 minute drive from Denver. We would be more than happy to give recommendations of activities and restaurants in the area. The Guest Room TV has chrome cast. The space You have a private guest room with an attached private bathroom. You are welcome to use the kitchen and living room downstairs as well, but please note that we will also be using this space. Guest access You may use the backyard and laundry room as well. During your stay Happy to either socialize or give you space. We work during the day, but are home evenings and weekends. We are more than happy to answer questions and give you advice on the area. Other things to note There is plenty of street parking. We are also close to the bus stop.
