The space The farm is completely off-grid, with solar electricty and mountain spring water. The property consists of two spacious double bedrooms on the first floor with a shared bathroom featuring a walk in shower. On the ground floor (accessible by wheelchair and with external access) is a large ensuite bedroom with twin beds. The kitchen features a gas hob, gas oven, woodburner. There is a utility room with extra sink and a large american style fridge. Gas hot water. The house is a traditional mountain farmhouse and the owners have restored it in a traditonal manner. Guest access The house features a large kitchen/dining room with modern amenities and woodburner. There is a cosy salon with sofas and open fire for the winter. Outside you will find two large patios and a pergola with seating behind the house, ample space to enjoy and relax your holiday. The house sits above an expansive citrus grove, guests are welcome to help themselves to fruit when in season. Other things to note Los Perales is nestled into the hillsides of the lower Genal Valley, an area renowned for its nature and biodiversity.
