You can enjoy breakfast al fresco, sip a cup of coffee or simply relax and listen to the birdsong. The location of our studio is ideal for nature lovers. Verrières-le-Buisson is surrounded by beautiful green countryside, parks and hiking trails. You can discover the region on foot, explore the surrounding woods and recharge your batteries in contact with nature. As well as being close to nature, our studio is also within walking distance of local amenities, accessible by bus or a 20-minute walk. You'll find shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it easy to stock up during your stay. Guest access You have access to the entire flat and the private patio. You can park easily and free of charge outside the property. Other things to note Here's some information you might find useful: * AVAILABILITY: the calendar is updated automatically. If the dates indicated on Airbnb are valid, this means that the apartment is available and that you can book directly. * PAYMENT: AIRBNB only. Cash payment not accepted. * AUTONOMOUS ARRIVAL with key box. * TIMETABLE: arrival between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm (later is possible but we cannot offer assistance) and departure before 10:00 am. * EARLY CHECK-IN: possibility of arranging arrival at 3:00 p.m. with an extra charge of €12 to be paid in advance at our check-in desk. * LATE CHECK-OUT: check-out at 12:00 pm with a €12 surcharge to be paid in advance at our check-in desk. * PARKING: there is no parking space assigned to the apartment.
