Other things to note - The dock is available during spring & summer enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and launching kayaks right from the property! Please message us to confirm dock availability during your reservation. - Please read and respond back with the phrase in our house rules before booking. We also require a valid ID and a signed rental agreement before releasing key codes to any of our cottages. - Please note that a security deposit may be required, subject to verification. Guests are required to take all garbage & recycling with them upon checkout. -If you'd prefer to leave the garbage behind, a $150 disposal fee will apply.
