There are 4 parking spaces in the driveway. There is a Ford charger compatible with the adaptor on site. Guests have access to the full yard, front and back, as well as the dock and private beach. Other things to note 1) *PLEASE make sure you read our house rules before booking. By booking a stay on Airbnb you acknowledge that you have read the house rules. 2) **Winter Conditions** The roads and driveway can get very icy during the winter. We will ensure there is salt to help with slippery areas, however please take caution when driving to the property. 3) *Our washer/dryer is only available during longer stays. 4) *Please be aware that we have a noise level detector for unnecessarily loud noises. 5) *Please be aware that we have a smoke detector that will alert us if it detects cigarette smoke.
