Welcome To Nature's Nest and thank you for viewing our listing. Our cottage is located on Lake Muskoka in Bala, ON. We would love to host you at our beautiful space fully equipped with all that you could require to make your stay nothing less than phenomenal. Our cottage offers ample privacy and incredible lake views. Our cottage is designed so that our guests can spend quality time and make memories with friends and family. The only disappointment you will have is you did not book enough days! The space Our property features 2 guest accessible structures: Main Cottage: Main Floor -Foyer with storage closet and half bathroom. -Master Bedroom (King Size Bed) with full on suite bathroom and walk out balcony. -Living Room with incredible views, 85" Smart TV with Bose Sound Bar and Gas Fire Place. -Small Bar area with storage and wine cooler. -Full Size Kitchen equipped with brand new Appliances and a walk to the patio. -Patio is equipped with a Weber BBQ and a dining table for 8 people. -Full Size separate On-site Laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. -Full Central heating and air conditioning. Second Floor -Living Room with incredible views, 85" Smart TV with Bose Sound Bar and Electrical Fire Place. -Second Master Bedroom (King Size Bed) with full on suite bathroom and incredible views. -Third and Fourth Bedrooms (King Size Bed in each room) with closets and shared Jack and Jill full bathroom also accessible from the living room. -Fifth bedroom (King Size Bed) with incredible views. -Fully equipped office with a work desk. The computer is not available but there is a printer and scan. -Full Central heating and air conditioning. Plus additional sleeping space: Cabin: -2 Full Size Bedrooms equipped with King Size Beds an incredible view of the nature. -No air conditioning but fully heated with wall heaters (portal fans available). Water sport and recreational facility: Boat House: Main Level -Fully equipped with the automatic garage door. -10 Life Jackets, 1 Unmotorized 14 ft Fiberglass Boat, 1 Fully Size Lilly Swimming Pad and 1 Fully Size 3 Passenger Canoe. -Full Size Boat slip which can hold a boat as big as 24’ Second Level -Seating space for up to 10 people. -Full Size Ping Pong Table. -No air conditioning and No heating. Parking and Outdoor Amenities: -Lots of parking we can fit up to 6 full-size vehicles. -Full Size Fire pit area, seats about 6 to 8 people. Our property is also fully equipped with a full size on site generator, which gives power 100% in case of a power failure. Summer Season: May Victoria Day Long-weekend to October Thanksgiving Long-weekend. Guests will have access to all outside Furniture, BBQ, Fire Pit, All water related equipment & etc... Winter Season: After October Thanksgiving Long-weekend to before May Victoria Day Long-weekend. Guest will be limited to outdoor activities only indoor activities (All outdoor Furniture, Fire Pit and water related equipments will be stored for the winter months except for the BBQ). Guest are welcome to bring their own outdoor winter activity equipment. Guest access Guest have access to the entire property except for the shed, which is located in the parking area, the basement and all the motorized water vehicles shown in the photos. Guest are welcome to bring their own outdoor winter activity equipment. Other things to note Important Notes: 1. All the motorized water vehicles you see in the photos are not included and are not to be used by the guest. (They may not even be on the property) 2. Our cottage has Exterior Security Cameras. 3. We have a No Party Policy. 4. Our property is a pet free property. (No Pets Allowed) Check In time is 4 PM and Check Out time is 11 AM.
