Casa Blanca, Playa Matanchen, Pool, On the Beach

Beautiful home perfect for large families located on Matanchen beach, one of the longest and sandiest beaches in the area. Boasting soft, fine, golden sand, Matanchen beach is ideal for nice long walks, running, playing volleyball, soccer, or simply just taking a spot with your beach umbrella and soaking in the sun.  It is also a great spot for swimming, kayaking, and boogie boarding. Casa Blanca is complete with a large ocean view pool and a large, lush garden area, and is completely gated. The space The house has a fantastic location and is nestled in between two of the most popluar restaurants along Matanchen Beach, Mr Camaron and La Picanteria. The house is less than ten minutes by car from the town of Aticama, famous for its rock oysters, as well as a ten minute drive to San Blas.  This is one of the only beaches in the area that boasts a big sandy beach year round.  The price listed is for up to 15 people.  For larger groups, from 17 to up to 20 people the cost increases by $500 MX per person over the 15 per night. Please note we do not accept pets as a rule at this home. Please note we have beds for 15 people and can also provide 2 individual size cots and an air mattresses, (if requested and available). Guest access The whole house, garden, pool and palapa areas are 100% private and are for our guests to enjoy. Please note we are also a great space to host events such as weddings, quinceanos, etc. Other things to note The house and this space is open for events, pricing will depend on the number of people.
