The space The spacious living room features a comfortable seating area and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing and watching your favorite shows. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and includes a dining table that seats six, ideal for family meals and entertaining guests. Each of the three bedrooms has a king-size bed, providing a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage. There are two bathrooms in the apartment; one has a shower, perfect for a quick refresh, and the other has a bathtub, ideal for a relaxing soak. Other things to note Dear guests, We would like to inform you in advance that, under Czech law, vacation rental apartments are treated as regular hotel accommodations. As such, we are legally required to collect certain personal information from you, including your passport or ID card number and permanent residence address (so-called guestbook registration). A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive a secure link to complete this registration. The link leads to a third-party site that is approved and recognized by the booking platform you used. Completing the form is mandatory in order to receive your check-in instructions. Additionally, we are obliged to collect a city fee of 50 CZK per person per night on behalf of the local municipality. For reservations made on or before April 11, 2025, this fee is not included in the total price and must be paid in full before check-in via the same link as the guestbook registration (online card payment with CVC). For reservations made after April 11, 2025, the city fee is already included in the total price. However, guestbook registration remains mandatory for all bookings. Please make sure before booking that you have all documents required as per current government measures. If you’d like to rent the apartment for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshooting, videoshooting etc.), please contact us in advance. Rental for commercial purposes is possible only on previous notice with special agreement and different policy applies. The entire listing(inc. the balcony) is strictly non-smoking - including vaping and electronic cigarettes. Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00/10pm until 7:00am.
