Well decorated, bright and modern flat in a private and secure residence. Fully equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay in London. A comfortable queen sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sofa-bed in the leaving room make sleep a maximum of 4 adults. Marvelous view of the City and a lovely common backyard included. The space Located right in the vibrant heart of the City, few steps away from Spitalfields, Brick Lane, Shoreditch, and with fantastic transport links from Liverpool Street, Aldgate East and Aldgate. Residence bike parking. This flat is the perfect base to explore London from, as peaceful but centrally-located. Areas within walking distance: London Bridge, Bank, Shoreditch, Liverpool Street, Old Sreet, Tower Hill and the City of London. There are plenty of café’s, bar and restaurants surrounding the apartment, and in a short walk you can reach Petticoat Lane, Brick Lane and Columbia Road flower Markets. Superb & vibrant neighborhood. Tours nearby: Alternative London, Jack the Ripper Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. Other things to note There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If I discover any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) I fully reserve the right to charge a £400 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. Parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests are not allowed. Should I receive sufficient evidence of such activity I reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund). When it is possible, we can accept early check ins or late check outs for an additional cost of 30£. This payment will be done through Airbnb.
