Coming with a big family? Or more friends? This is the perfect solution for you. Very central and spacious. This is a listing for 2 apartments, one above the other, in the same building. One is on the ground floor and one on 1st floor. Both apartments have 2 bedrooms plus living room. Both flats have been newly refurbished (March 2024) and have brand new furniture and appliances. Street parking in front of the house can be arranged (for a fee if known in advance).. The space Both flats are have the same layout and are brand new. The ground floor apartment has a terrace and the first floor apartment does not have outside access. Each bedroom can be set up with 2 x singles or 1 x king bed if known at the time of booking (and well in advance). There is also a sofa beds in each living room. The space is very well equipped with everything you need. Including dinnerware and cutlery for 8 people in 1st floor apartment that sleeps 5. And dinnerware and cutlery for 6 people in the ground floor flat that sleeps 5 people. There is a washing machine, oven, gas cooker, kettle and toaster. The listing is for 2 apartments in the same house, one above the other. Both apartments have exactly the same layout - two bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen, one living room. Each bedroom sleeps 2 people maximum. You can choose if you want 1x king bed or 2x single beds in each bedroom (with advance notice). Guest access Guests have access to both flats and the terrace on the ground floor. Other things to note - We hire all our linen. Each bedroom can be set up with 2 x SINGLE beds OR 1 x KING bed. Let us know at TIME of BOOKING if you have a preference. We will try to accommodate your preference but cannot guarantee it (depends how far in advance we know). - Please be MINDFUL of your KEYS. There is a £100 FEE if you lock yourself out and £250 fee if you loose your keys (or don't return them). - FANS provided on request (not automatically). - MID-STAY CLEANING (with change of linen and towels) is mandatory with longer stays, minimum every 10-14 days. It is payable by the guest. - SOFA linen will be automatically prepared if the booking is for 5 guests (but not for 4 guests or less). - PARKING is on the street in front of the flat and needs to be paid and booked in advance (visitor permit). We will cover the cost but please let us know if you need parking at the time of booking.
