We are a few meters from the Violeta market, just a 15-minute walk to USP and 2 km to the Metro. You'll find all the shopping and transportation you need within walking distance. Our space is divided into 7 fully private kitchens, ensuring comfort and independence. Ideal for those looking for practicality and a well-equipped place for a limited time. The space Private apartments, ideal for students and professionals in São Paulo Our apartments have a fully private kitchen and bathroom, offering comfort, privacy and practicality for those who come to study, research or teach at USP, Acadepol or Instituto Butantan. The suite is comfortable, organized and very clean, equipped with TV, quality Wi-Fi internet, a single bed, fan and desk, ideal for studies or professional activities. The private kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker and basic utensils, allowing you to maintain your routine with autonomy and feel truly at home. The laundry, with washing machine, is in a shared yard and can be used once a week at no additional cost. We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park on the street above or use a paid parking lot in front of the house. The location is a great advantage: we are next to a pizzeria, in front of a bakery and the supermarket is practically across the street. Bus stop on the same block. Everything is very practical for every day. ⚠️ Important: visitors are not allowed during the stay, ensuring peace of mind, safety and a suitable environment for study and rest. Guest access The Kitnet is Private and only the laundry is shared. Only guests who are included in the reservation will be allowed to be present, WE DO NOT ALLOW VISITS FROM RELATIVES, FRIENDS, ETC... Other things to note Before you book, please follow our Rules and AIRBNB: This unit does not have a stove and it is not allowed to bring an induction stove or any other appliance that produces smoke (if you want, you can bring an electric rice cooker). Please check before booking whether or not it will be possible. IMPORTANT *** IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO RECEIVE VISITS FROM FRIENDS AND RELATIVES. WE DON'T allow: Provide address prior to booking Previously visit the site Smoking Parties Reservations outside of AIRBNB - Expressly prohibited the use of the facilities for ANY type of commercial activity. Town Space Available for SEASONS only. It is not a place to live permanently, bring change and welcome guests. When making your reservation, let us know where it's coming from, what the reason for the trip, updated phone number and what time you want to arrive. We need to combine time of entry and exit time. Please make sure you are booking for the correct number of guests. ATTENTION: ***The quiet times must be respected in order to maintain peace of mind for all. :) If you usually arrive home after 22h or like to go to ballads and parties frequently this place is not appropriate for your stay. The noise of doors and stairs disturbs other guests. Our guests are mostly students and teachers from USP, Acadepol and Insituto Butantan. We have no parking or garage. The space is private, it is not shared with other guests. Only the laundry room is shared. Consider that this place is very well located and is on a high-moving avenue (main avenue of the neighborhood) and that on weekends the night there may be noise of nearby bars. We are neighbors with a pizzeria, and it is open daily until around midnight. The washing machine is for shared use, allowed once a week.
