The space The townhouse/maisonette is arranged on three floors, the living room and kitchen are situated on the second floor and the bedroom and bathroom on the third floor. The kitchen and appliances could be a little bit old, but hey, the location is so unique it will overcompensate for everything! You are going to be practically a neighbor of the Buckingham Palace. All major tourist attractions are easily reached within walking distance. Come and enjoy an incredible experience in central London! First floor: It's just the entrance of the home with a garage where the washer/dryer are located. You should expect to climb stairs. Second floor: Living room / Kitchen The living room is spacious and very nicely decorated. The living room offers a convertible sofa bed. There is a separate kitchen next to it. The living room table sits 2-4 people and has all the necessary comfort to help you cook your homemade meals. Third floor: Bedroom: Offers a double bed, work desk and chair. Bathroom: the property offers a fully equipped bathroom with a tub and toilet. Sleeping arrangements The apartment sleeps very comfortably 4 adults. Two persons can sleep in the bedroom and up to two people in the living room which has a convertible sofa bed. Equipment: - Free internet/wi-fi, - Hairdryer, - Kettle and toaster, - Stove top, washing & drying machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer section - Iron & ironing board - Linens and towels are provided - they can be changed weekly for long stays - Cosmetics - shampoo, body soap & conditioner - Nespresso coffee machine Summer time: For additional guest pleasure I'm offering very good and efficient portable fans.
