In this apartment, I rent this room and another one, also intended for Airbnb guests. Both rooms have a key, accommodating up to two guests each. They are not suites. The bathroom is for the common use of the guests. I will use a separate toilet. In terms of cleanliness, I will be constantly vigilant to keep the house as a whole sanitized and clean. I also require my guests to collaborate in cleaning the common areas. The space Private room with double bed, up to 2 people. Warning! It's a room – not a suite – inside my residence; it's not the whole apartment! Room with key, 600 Mbps Wi-Fi. 160 meters from the beach, between Copacabana's Towers 2 and 3. Cardeal Arcoverde subway station (line 1), shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out until noon! Add extra daily rate(s) to check in earlier and/or check out later. No parking space in the garage. We also have a dog who stays in the apartment's common areas. Guest access Novo Rio Bus Station - 10 minutes* Santos Dumont Airport (SDU) - 13 minutes* Antônio Carlos Jobim/Galeão International Airport (GIG) - 25 minutes* *Estimated travel time by car or taxi. During your stay I am 100% available to answer questions, both before and during your stay. Don't hesitate to ask, even the "silliest" questions. Contact can be in person or via cell phone. Other things to note I. My cancellation policy is strict. That is, cancellation is free for up to 48 hours after booking is confirmed, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before the check-in date. After that, guests can cancel up to days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee. And, with 7 days or less left before your arrival, there is no refund. II. If for any reason the guest decides to leave after they have already checked in, they will not be offered any type of full or partial refund. Hence the importance of reading and understanding everything. III. Did you need to reschedule your trip to another date? All right, talk to me and we'll figure out what to do together. However, with 14 days or less to go before your check-in date and you need to completely change your reservation dates, a 50% rebooking fee will be charged the total amount of your reservation in question. Also, remember that rescheduling will be subject to availability on the calendar. IV. As a rule on this platform, hosts who cancel active reservations are penalized, fined, disqualified, and lose priority to advertise. So, if you made a mistake when confirming your reservation and the only way out is cancellation, you will have to do so and pay the applicable penalties. Please don't insist that I cancel reservations! I cannot be harmed by another party's mistake. V. I do not negotiate outside this platform. If you insist, your account will be reported and possibly banned from Airbnb. VI. For security reasons, it is important that all communication between the two parties - guest and host - is done through Airbnb and not through other messaging apps. If you have any confirmed reservations, it is your duty to turn on Airbnb notifications on your phone and pay attention to messages sent by me. VII. Also pay attention to check-in times (starting at 2 p.m.) and check-out times (until noon). If you need to arrive very early in the morning, before check-in starts, and/or leave many hours after check-out time, I recommend adding a night before and/or a night after to your reservation for more convenience on your arrival and departure. VIII. I will not be available to store luggage in the morning. As for leaving a suitcase in the room after check-out time, there is more possibility. Please consult me in advance in this second case. IX. The period of a daily rate is effective from 3 p.m. on one day and ends at noon on the following day. X. The room sleeps two people max, so please, no additional guests. Please do not insist. XI. Smoking is not allowed. XII. I have a pet. XIII. The bathroom is shared and constantly cleaned. I count on everyone's cooperation in its conservation. XIV. I do not offer breakfast. XV. Kitchen available; no laundry service. XVI. I do not allow guests to receive visitors inside my apartment. There is a bench in the entrance hall of the concierge, where they can wait for you safely and comfortably. I believe that all the information is clear and detailed. Any questions? Just ask me. Attention: The doorman is available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. In the absence of the doormen, it is necessary to close all the gates. Because according to the condominium rules, you may be subject to a fine of up to R$3,000.
