Access to the house is via the shared entrance of the building overlooking Viale Marche. Once you enter the building, the apartment will be on the first floor (second floor for Americans ;-)). The house consists of a spacious main room functionally furnished to accommodate 4 people. In the sleeping area there is a comfortable king size bed that will allow you to sleep restfully. Equipped with a number of compartments, you can store your belongings in the wardrobe which also acts as a partition from the rest of the room. In the living area you will find a large sofa bed for 2 people and a table for 4 people, which can be used both as a working station and a dining table. You will also find a SMART TV and a 1GB Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom offers, in addition to the bathroom fixtures, a spacious shower, a washing machine, an illuminated mirror, a hairdryer and plenty of room to store your personal belongings. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find a Welcome Kit with shampoo and shower gel, clean sheets, duvet and whatever necessary to make your stay perfect. The kitchen is complete with an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven and a full set of pots, plates, glasses, cups, and cutlery. You will also find a coffee machine with assorted coffee pods and a kettle for water with different herbal tea bags. If you are more than 2 guests I kindly ask you to inform me in advance so that I can prepare the sofa bed with sheets.
