Cleaning fee doesn’t cover pet waste or hair—please bring poop bags and lint rollers and clean up after your pet to help maintain a 5-star stay. Pet fees are $40/ a night per dog. Please let us know your dogs breed, age and where it sleeps before booking. Thank you! Important Notes: No smoking No unapproved pets The owners live next door. Please do not plan events or to sneak in animals or you will be asked to leave. We may ask you for a $250-$500 refundable security deposit at our discretion. Guest access Keypad entry is located at the red door in the covered carport area. Enjoy the creek that is steps away from the front yard. Please do not leave children unattended in the creek. There is plenty of green space to use for whiffle ball or other outdoor games in the space behind the barn that offers plenty of open area. Please just walk around the barn. For your safety no climbing or disturbing items in the barn. Other things to note Just a heads up: On your way to the property you will pass an area with mobile homes that might not look visually appealing. Rest assured, this home is situated well beyond that area and offers a serene and welcoming environment. You will love it here! Garbage pick up is on Wednesday. If you plan to bring a dog please let us know before you book. Pet fees are $40/ a night per dog maximum of 2 dogs. This is a separate fee aside from your booking charge.
