More details: This well equipped home has a couch and loveseat, 55 inch tv in living room, top of the line King sized gel foam mattress in master (queen mattress in 2nd bedroom). Cable TV and WiFi included. Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, baking pans, storage containers, miscellaneous spices and condiments and much more. Private in unit washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms. Another half bath is downstairs. Bottled water and all utilities are included except electricity. Guest usage will be billed to guest at power company rate of .45/KWH. Meter will be read at beginning and end of stay. Guest has access to meter and can monitor their utility consumption. Guests will be billed for electricity on checkout day via Airbnb (or if you prefer you can pay cash at checkout). Typical electricity charges for this unit typically range between $60 and $120 per week depending on your air conditioning usage.
