Self- contained flat in beautiful, secure community. Private parking, easy access to shopping malls, universities, health facilities, and entertainment. Space is designed for a single guest on personal/ company business / educational trips, or seeking base from which to explore/ relax in quiet surroundings. Not ideal for guests visiting for carnival parties/ events. The space consists of bedroom with a single bed, own bathroom, own kitchen, and semi-private, enclosed patio. The space Secure space with private security on call. Multiple fruit trees on grounds. Very private. Guest access As my guest, you have your own self-contained suite consisting of bedroom, bathroom, and moderately equipped kitchen. Additionally there is access to front and back garden, semi -enclosed patio and parking. You may or may not receive a remote gate key during your stay, however pedestrian access is always available. A replacement fee of JA$5000.00 is payable for loss of remote key. Other things to note We are happy for you to entertain family/ friends, however please do so off property. Privacy is valued so no visitors are allowed on site. I am happy to recommend places off property where you can meet for this purpose. Also, please ask if you are interested in other services e.g. transportation, tours. These may be arranged at an additional cost. There's something for everyone and a lot to see/do while you're here.
